Fees
Our fee structure is based on the service you are seeking and the duration of the session.
- General counselling (Individual) – $230 (50 to 60 minutes)
- EMDR Therapy (Individual) – $230 (50 to 60 minutes)
- Couples Therapy session – $275 ( 60 minutes)
- EMDR for Couples – $275 (60 minutes)
- Family Counselling – $420 ( 90 minutes)
- General counselling parents sessions – $230 (50 to 60 minutes)
- EMDR Intensive Program – Discuss during your obligation-free discovery call
- Mediation fees – Discuss during your initial obligation-free discovery call

Medicare Rebates
Counsellors in Australia are not covered under Medicare. We are a private billed practice. Our clients can contact us directly and self reffered for any psychological services we offer.
Private Health Insurance Rebates
You may eligible to claim from your private health fund.It is best to talk to your practitioner to discuss available healthfund options and contact your private health provider to discuss the level of cover that you have.
Payment
You will need to make a full payment at the time of your session. We accept direct bank transfers and card payments (Visa and Master cards only).
Cancellation Policy
Two business days notice is required for cancelled appointments; otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply, which is 50% of the session fee. The full session fee (100%) will apply for same-day cancellations or non-attended appointments without notice.
Saturday Appointments
Please note that if you wish to reschedule or cancel a Saturday appointment, we expect you to make the request on or before Thursday of the same week. Failure to do so will result in the full session fee being charged.

Can I do a self referral?
You do not require a GP or psychiatrist referral to access counselling. You are welcome to self-refer and start your therapeutic journey as you wish. You also can refer your families and friends for the counselling support they need.
